The Weather Song

Lainey received a Happy Gram! from school today. It said:
"Alaina did a great job singing the weather song during circle time."

I wish I knew the weather song, so we could sing it at home. We have a broken record playing Ashes, Ashes (aka Ring Around the Rosie) at our house lately.

Easter Weekend

What a fun holiday Easter weekend!!

We ended our holiday weekend with some quality family time spent in the hall bathroom. Gosh, I just love the Texas spring weather filled with hail, lightning, tornados...

Spring Fling 2011

We had such a good time at the 2011 Spring Fling at Primrose.  The weather was absolutely perfect for enjoying the bounce houses, cookout, tire swing and games.  Grammy, Grandpa, Uncle Rowlan, Aunt Jennifer, Mr. Derek and Ms. Julia had almost as much fun as Zach and Lainey.

It's a Hit!!

We enjoyed another beautiful morning playing baseball.  All of the boys did really well and had a great time!!

Rest Easy, Daddy

Lainey received an incident report from school this week.

Incident: "Alaina's friend kissed her on the lips and Alaina bit her friend on the bottom lip."
Action taken: "Time out 2 mins/talked to about no biting and kissing."

Daddy can rest easy that Lainey isn't ready to start kissing boys... yet.
