What a Fun Day!!

The kiddos spent the WHOLE day in the yard with Daddy. We had a long shower trying to clean the yard off... and Lainey crashed after missing her nap. What a fun day!!

The Bachelor

This is the note Ms. Amanda wrote on Zach's daily sheet.
"I swear some days it's like the bachelor/bachelorette in here! Zachary was the ladies man today!!"

Uncle Gary

Zach is such a sweet boy and tries to make Lainey and his friends feel better when they're unhappy. One of his teammates was upset in last week's soccer game when he missed a goal, so Zach went over to his friend, patted him on the back and said, "That's okay."

This behavior extends to our dolls at home too. Lainey received a new Baby Alive doll from Aunt Sandy this week. After dinner, Lainey and Zach were having fun "feeding" the doll with the spoon and sippy cup. This is Zach's interaction with the doll (name still pending - any ideas out there?!?):

Zach: "Here, baby. Are you hungry? That's okay, baby. I'm your Uncle Gary."
